3. Orders

4. Pricing and Payment

Upon delivery, the buyer must inspect the goods. Any discrepancies, damages, or quality concerns must be reported to us within 10 days. Failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance of the goods.

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival. Claims for damaged goods must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the defective products. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
10. Force Majeure
